What we collect

This website does not have user accounts and does not store the booking form. When you use the form or a WhatsApp button, your message goes straight to WhatsApp, where you can review it before sending. We receive the information you choose to send: usually your name, area, phone number and a description or photo of the problem.

How we use it

We use your details only to reply to you, quote, arrange and carry out the service, and follow up on it. We do not sell or share your information for marketing.

Advertising and analytics

We may use Google Ads conversion tracking to measure which of our adverts lead to enquiries. This uses cookies set by Google. You can manage or block cookies in your browser settings, and review Google's policies at policies.google.com.

Keeping and deleting your information

We keep booking details for as long as needed to provide the service and meet our legal obligations. To ask what we hold about you or to have it deleted, email [email protected].
