Bookings and prices

We confirm the price, the treatment and the visit time with you before any work starts. Prices depend on the pest, the size of the property and the extent of the problem.

Preparation and safety

We give you preparation and re-entry instructions for every treatment. Please follow them, and tell us in advance about children, pets, pregnancy, allergies or breathing conditions in the property so we can plan the treatment accordingly.

Access and rescheduling

Please make sure we can access the areas to be treated at the agreed time. If you need to change the appointment, message us as early as you can.

Results

Results depend on the pest, the building and following the preparation and prevention advice. Some pests need a follow-up visit, which we will explain when we quote.
